Originally born in Houston, Marli however was raised in various countries in Africa, such as Tunisia where they spent most of their childhood, Ivory Coast intermittently, and then finally settling in their hometown of Dakar, Senegal for high school up until graduation.
Ever since they could hold a pencil, one of Marli’s special interests has been exploring the arts and other creative outlets, from drawing and painting, to nail designs, to sculpting, and now tattooing.
